As described in the overview, there are several actions needed to begin developing an Electrical Safe Work Practices Program. After making the assignment and exploring the applicable regulations and standards you need to determine where your policy falls short. To do this, conduct an Electrical Safety Audit / Site Assessment.

Task Assessments
After and or during the Assessment period, you should begin to identify what action items are needed. Critical, urgent, or large tasks need to be addressed ASAP. These items need to bring immediate results and should go on the Interim measures list.
