Return / Refund Policy

Returns must be stock items in good condition less than 60 days old. Non stock items may be unable to be returned.  Most clothing items which are made to size are not stock items.  Please call prior to ordering for verification whether an item is a stock item or not.  Returns must have an assigned returned goods authorization (RGA) number and are subject to a 20 percent restocking charge plus return freight. ESWP Co. reserves the right to reject returned goods if they are not in excellent condition.

ESWP Co. reserves the right to change NFPA 70E training schedules when registration levels are low or due to unforeseen circumstance.  Refunds will be issued or taking the course on the rescheduled date by customers choice.   

  Shipping / Delivery Policy

All items in stock should arrive within 8-10 business days from placement of order.  Rush orders are subject to a 25% expediting fee and are not always available.  Next Day Air orders can not be gauranteed unless placed by 11:00 AM EST.  Most shipments are sent UPS, and must be prepaid or added to invoice, unless other shipping arrangements have been made in advance.  US Postal Service may be used on some NFPA Books.

Note: Arc Flash Clothing items are ordered to size.  Some items are stocked in sizes Large to 2XL.  If items are not in stock delivery will be made upon completion of assembly 2-4 weeks.  NSA is an industry leader in regards to delivery time, 3 weeks standard.   Many competitors deliver 5 -7 weeks from order and as long as 20 weeks.
